The notes upon lighting are spices, light pepper, grass, cocoa, and a light coffee. During the second third the grassy flavors ease up, but a bit of a woody tone joins the profile. The notes of chocolate and espresso become more pronounced. In the final third the grassy note reemerges and the chocolate and espresso flavors intensify once more. There is still a woody tone to the smoke, but the underlying earthy notes have dissipated.
